Shipping Policy

  • Within the US: Printed products typically arrive within 10 days, while embroidered products arrive within 1-2 weeks. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
  • Outside the US: Printed products usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, while embroidered products arrive within 2-3 weeks.
  • Once your order has been produced and is ready for pickup by the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking number via the email used to place your order. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Please note that if your order includes both printed and embroidered products, you will receive two separate packages delivered at different times.
